Umbrella are a company that provide industrial style loft space for artist, designers and photographers. Their space is perfect for holding meetings, musical practices, design work and even exhibitions.
They offer a wide range of different rooms to meet different needs all of which are available for an hour, half a day, a week, month or a year.
There are three different types of membership, each offering a number of resources depending on the value of the membership.

Affiliate £100
Which includes:
Registration on the members list.
A monthly email newsletter.
Hot desks.
Access to a photographic Studio.
Affiliation with the Umbrella Agency and list of work.
Member £25 per month
Which includes:
Business address registering.
Mail forwarding.
Sample portfolio on the website.
Plus all of the Affiliate privileges.
Resident £80 per month
Which includes:
Inclusive bills. (water, electricity and gas)
Free WIFI.
Mail sorting.
Half price renting of the photographic studio.
Plus all the member privileges.
This establishment would be the perfect place of of graphic designers to work and conduct business from. Theres is a lot of different kinds of space and a lot of flexibility with the amount of time you can book space from. Also the company seem to have a good personal relationship with their clients which would make the rented space seem more like your own.
This would also impress any of our clients who came to the building.
The company also seems to be able to organise certain things like bills and mail for their clients which we would find extremely useful.
Our work would also be associated with the company and our portfolio work could be displayed on ther website which would cut our promotional costs.
